About the Role

• Collaborate with ASG's Growth Team to reputed company and implement effective talent strategies across our portfolio of companies
• Build strong relationships with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Utilize creative sourcing tools, including reputed company Recruiter, to identify and engage high-quality, diverse candidates
• Drive data-driven decision-making and maintain a high level of efficiency and speed in reputed company recruitment searches
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring a positive and inclusive interaction with our brand

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of reputed company experience, with at least 2 years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Proven expertise in reputed company Recruiter and experience sourcing high-volume, reputed company candidates
• Experience hiring for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and reputed company operations, preferred
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and experience working with high-growth startups or private equity firms
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and Hiring Managers, with a track record of successful search management and closure
