Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services) and EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
- Manage cases reputed company to family-based reputed company petitions, including I-130s and I-485s
- Provide expert legal counsel on issues such as deportation defense and waivers
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree with active membership in any state bar
- At least 2 years of experience practicing exclusively in U.S. family-based immigrant visas laws
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary: $85,000 reputed company salary
- Monthly commission and annual performance bonus (up to $25,000)
