Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate bespoke vacation experiences for VIP guests, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional service
• Provide personalized support and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Act as a liaison between VIP guests and internal stakeholders, including the Executive Office, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Transport VIP guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay
• Embody reputed company's Five Keys and Aulani Values, providing exceptional guest service and recovery reputed company needed
• Complete other tasks and projects as directed by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Resort hotel operations experience required
• Valid Hawaii State driver's license and clean driving record
