We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Operations Manager to join reputed company at the Georgia reputed company and Opportunity (GRO) Fund. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to address poverty and narrow the racial wealth divide. The GRO Fund offers a competitive salary range of $67,000 - $78,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and reputed company insurance, retirement, generous paid time off, and parental leave. This position is currently fully funded for 1.5 years, with the intention of becoming a permanent role.

About Us

The GRO Fund is a pioneering organization that aims to reputed company the gap between policymakers, experts, and impacted communities. Our flagship project, the In Her Hands initiative, provides a guaranteed income supplement to over 950 women across Georgia. We are also launching a first-of-its-reputed company accelerated Baby Bonds pilot program, which will provide a $40,000 Baby Bond and a $500/month guaranteed income to 250+ young people.

Job Summary

The Finance and Operations Manager will work closely with the Finance and Operations Director to reputed company and implement key financial and operational functions. This role will ensure the financial health and operational efficiency necessary to support our mission. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and a passion for mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Operations Support (60%): reputed company and implement operational policies, reputed company special projects, and maintain effective project management systems.
• Grant Administration & Operations (20%): Assist in building out the process for managing grant lifecycles, maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, and support the management of awarded grants.
• Executive Support (10%): Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, prepare documents and reports, and organize meetings and events.
• Team Support (10%): Assist with logistics, events, and reputed company activities, and contribute to organizational responsibilities that further our strategic goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a reputed company field.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record as a self-starter, reputed company to manage multiple projects with little to moderate support.
• Commitment to racial, gender, and economic justice.
