About the position In this seasonal elevated role, you will work in an energizing, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers through multiple interactive channels of communication. You will be focused on the customer as you support and improve the customer experience and satisfaction. This is a seasonal full-time remote role based in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and field partners for reputed company our brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication.

- Demonstrate abilities in managing unique, reputed company, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information.

- Determine solutions independently, think creatively and implement rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
