We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join reputed company in a hybrid remote setting. As an Entry-Level Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in preparing and analyzing financial data, managing vendor relationships, and providing insights to drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze daily fuel payouts to multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Prepare invoices for shuttle and commissary vendors, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Analyze and review monthly reports for A/R aging, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college.
- Strong understanding of accounting procedures, concepts, and internal control processes.
