We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Services Technician to join reputed company at Stericycle. As a Hospital Services Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient collection and exchange of waste containers for various Stericycle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between customer reputed company facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined scheduled.
• reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' work experience or High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Knowledge of computer/handheld software applications, including spreadsheets, and application-based programs to track daily KPI's.
