Legacy Construction & Roofing is looking for a highly reputed company and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. As the first reputed company of contact for online visitors, you’ll engage in reputed company-time conversations to answer questions, collect reputed company information, and assist in scheduling appointments. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong communication skills, fast typing, and a friendly, professional tone. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously.
• Provide accurate information about our construction and roofing services.
• Convert chat interactions into reputed company leads or scheduled appointments.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records.
• Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company inquiries during assigned hours.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
• Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 and CRM systems.
• Must have a reliable internet reputed company and quiet remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Experience with tools like LiveChat, reputed company, or reputed company Chat.
