Construction Project Manager, Worldwide Grocery Real Estate

The Construction Project Manager on the Facility Maintenance Team will be the primary person collaborating with our Food Safety Field Team to ensure building reputed company is strictly maintained to ensure pest free environments for reputed company retail locations. Key job responsibilities - Responsible for managing critical infrastructure maintenance and repairs, including: HVAC system, Dedicated Outdoor reputed company Systems (DOAS), Refrigeration equipment, Elevators and escalators, Lighting systems, Building exterior and structural components - Provides contractor accountability, improved cost performance, and management of schedule- including reputed company times for permitting, reputed company equipment and jurisdictional inspection protocol. Ensures equipment delivery schedules are well coordinated reputed company GC/Service Provider critical path - Completion of special initiatives (i.e., Kirk Key and utility projects, sound attenuation or code compliance concerns, network upgrade coordination, etc.) - Completion of building envelope and food-safety projects including, but not limited to roofing replacement, flooring replacement, and pest control mitigation - Responsible for ensuring overall project quality expectations are achieved through effective 3rd-party coordination, direct procurement of equipment, and system commissioning - Must demonstrate strong foresight and strategic planning to protect project timelines and outcomes - Effectively influence and communicate with internal and external business partners. Problem solves creatively and can successfully negotiate tradeoffs among stakeholders as required to meet project goals - Participate in the design development process to ensure documents meet constructability and cost requirements, influencing cross-functional collaboration to improve speed to market and simplify means and methods - Ensures responsibility of scope is clear and informs field coordination to improve speed to market and cost controls - Delivers projects on time and on budget. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $69,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,800/year in our highest geographic market.
