* Respond to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve customer inquiries and issues * Provide education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests * Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendanceRequirements:
