We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our pharmacy benefit plan members, providing support and answering questions regarding their prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy benefit plan members via inbound calls * Answer questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions * Resolve customer inquiries in a positive and productive manner * Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience) * Proficiency in Windows-based applications * Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
