As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing support to our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries reputed company 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact
• Address customer payment and invoice questions, and assist with desired changes to their accounts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
