We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support to join reputed company remotely. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our SEO clients and partners, managing their SEO campaigns, and representing our company with excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensure seamless communication.
• Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in customer service.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
• Good English skills (for internal communication only).
• Proficiency in using standard reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
• Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work reputed company time and quality standards.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.

Working Hours

• Fully remote – reputed company you need is a computer, headset, and a stable internet reputed company.
• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
