Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive coordination of reputed company services through telephonic reputed company to eligible members, facilitating case assignment, and connecting them to care managers.
• Demonstrate a highly energetic reputed company of sales, reputed company navigation, and health plan customer support skills to promote effective utilization of reputed company services.
• Support team members by answering telephone calls, taking messages, researching information, and assisting in solving problems.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information, adhering to compliance, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the reputed company field, with knowledge of medical terminology and concepts used in care management.
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, Outlook, and reputed company, with data entry and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, with the ability to pass a written and oral exam.

• Demonstrated ability to meet daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
