Job Summary

As a Bookkeeper at UniversalGiving, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately recording and maintaining financial transactions
• Reconciling QuickBooks and disbursing payments to team members and providers
• Delivering monthly finance reports, including P&L, P&L YoY, and balance sheet
• Monitoring variances in the organization's budget and providing insights for improvement

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly finance reports: P&L, P&L YoY, and balance sheet
• Monitor variances in the organization's budget and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping principles
• Critical attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace tools (some training provided)

Duration and Location

This is a part-time position (5-8 hours per month) with remote work arrangements. We have a highly globally focused team from over 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
