You will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address customer concerns, provide account maintenance, and reputed company customers on online state registration requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer telephone calls, addressing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
• Provide knowledgeable and accurate information on tax laws, policies, and procedures
• Assist customers with online self-service functions through the Georgia Tax Center
• Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws, policies, and procedures
• Utilize technology to provide advanced support and resolve customer issues reputed company

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries and issues
• Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company
• Ability to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
• Bilingual in Spanish or a second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
