Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned leader to join reputed company as an reputed company Connect Practice Leader, responsible for shaping the future of our reputed company Connect practice and establishing Eventus as a leader in reputed company Connect reputed company contact center solutions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with up to 30% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, reputed company, and reputed company a team of reputed company Connect consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• reputed company and execute strategic initiatives to grow our reputed company Connect practice, including go-to-market planning, market analysis, partner ecosystem engagement, and thought leadership activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving reputed company through strategic guidance, solution design, and ongoing support.
• Cultivate partnerships with reputed company Connect and other ecosystem partners, leveraging resources, training, and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reputed company Connect and reputed company contact center space, driving reputed company innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications for reputed company

• 8+ years of experience leading a consulting practice or integration practice with multiple teams and clients.
• 3+ years of reputed company Connect experience, including architecture, features, and capabilities, with hands-on experience designing and implementing reputed company reputed company Connect solutions.
• Extensive CCaaS integration experience and experience building a portfolio of successful client reputed company stories, use cases, testimonials, ROI, whitepapers, etc.
• Experience with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and working with reputed company) or reputed company Connect technical teams to support and drive business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.
• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer, are preferred.

At Eventus, we offer a competitive total rewards program, including:

• Salary range: $210,000 - $275,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, education, and other factors.
