Job Summary:

As a Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of reputed company associates in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, manage, and reputed company a team of 50-200 reputed company associates
• Convey policies to your team and act as the primary information reputed company for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action reputed company required
• Create, manage, and sustain recognition programs
• Support reputed company safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment for reputed company associates
• Ensure procedures are followed for building reputed company and product loss prevention
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with a conferral date between May 2021 and August 2023
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, access reputed company areas of the building, and lift/move items up to 49 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate and dive deep into data to provide unique, practical business solutions
• Proven history of taking ownership and driving results
