Responsibilities:

• Conduct compassionate virtual health assessments and consultations for individuals in sober living facilities reputed company telehealth platforms, ensuring personalized care and attention.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing preventive measures and health education.
• Prescribe medications judiciously in adherence to evidence-based guidelines and best practices in addiction medicine, aiming to support patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications:
