About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in our NetCredit brand. Post-training, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed education on our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed and empowered to reputed company informed decisions.
• Offer quality support with payment processing, payment plans, and account-reputed company tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and management, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
