Senior SaaS Systems Engineer

• Monitor and optimize the production service delivery environment to ensure reputed company services and applications are operating optimally and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Identify and solve problems affecting service delivery across reputed company deployed applications, shared services, middleware, and databases/data stores
• Operate and maintain systems supporting the provisioning of new customers, applications, and features
• Provide insights on trends requiring proactive action to stay reputed company of customers and corporate requirements
• Participate in software design and development processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency and architecture services
• reputed company and deploy software configurations in Quality Assurance and Production environments
• Create tools and utilities to support the Operations organization and SaaS service delivery
• Deliver level 2/3 support for customer-initiated issues
• Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure, including servers, laptops/desktops, networks, and telecommunications
• Provide outstanding help desk support to employees
• Establish, maintain, and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services
• Identify systems deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Document forecasts, plans, and resolutions for ongoing and future reference
• Innovate, promote, and drive the adoption of tools, technologies, policies, and procedures for reputed company improvement

• 5+ years of corporate infrastructure experience
• 4+ years of experience in Windows environment administration
• Hyper-V experience
• 5+ years of experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating enterprise technologies
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
• 3+ years of experience with AWS/Azure
• 3+ years of experience in scripting and programming
• 2+ years of experience with help desk, network connectivity, and telecommunications activities

• Automation using VB, PowerShell, or similar scripting technologies
• Deploying and managing virtualized infrastructure
• Familiarity with HTML, SCC, Java, and ASP.Net

• Service-minded with a strong background in network troubleshooting, implementation, and VPN configuration
• A builder with experience planning, implementing, and supporting systems, and a desire to learn new applications and tools
• Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering results
• An effective communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with domestic and international customers and employees
• A team player with the ability to establish great rapport with people, and a track record of working successfully with customers and employees
