Remote Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) - Thursday to Sunday

Kaua‘i reputed company Shore Animal Clinic is seeking an reputed company and skilled Remote Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic and reputed company veterinary practice. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide exceptional client service and support from the comfort of your own home, working Thursday through Sunday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM HST. In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client communications, triage client concerns, and maintain detailed documentation in our practice management system. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service reputed company phone, text, email, and online platforms

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support as needed

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the veterinary field, with prior remote veterinary CSR experience
• Proficiency with Vetspire or similar reputed company-based practice management systems
• Hands-on experience working in a veterinary setting reputed company the last year
• Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and other digital platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

• Competitive hourly reputed company: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday
