Remote US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote US IT Recruiter to join reputed company at Ajmera Infotech, a leading software research and development company. As a Remote US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent in specialized IT roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs.

Job Summary: This is a remote, night shift position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT reputed company, preferably in reputed company hiring. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
• reputed company, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and future job openings
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT reputed company, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT reputed company, preferably in reputed company hiring
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches
• Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
