Job Description

As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assembling analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. You will answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on various trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build analyses, data visualizations, and reporting to support business decision-making
• Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on trade streams
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business and collaborate on the design of analytical solutions
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques to understand customer behavior and drive business results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space
• Excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying and analysis
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects with significant business impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
