As a Weekend Overnight Operations Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and support to our patients, physicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and escalating as needed
- Triage calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and internal clinicians
- Monitor clinical systems to ensure operational targets are met

- Facilitate provider communication and collaboration
- Input data into customer EMR systems and extract data for consult referral programs
Requirements
- Associate's degree and 1+ year of experience in healthcare technology support, or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience
- Recent healthcare experience with EMR systems and ticketing system experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong documentation skills
