HOW YOU WILL SOAR: The Staff Accountant - Finance reports to the Manager, Assistant Controller and supports the Controller in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and the monthly reputed company process.

• Prepare general ledger entries by compiling and analyzing account information in reputed company with the monthly reputed company process
• Analyze and reconcile fee data in reputed company with the monthly reputed company process
• Prepare corporate bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Assist in the fixed asset and associated depreciation schedules recording on the Intacct Fixed Asset module system; record new purchases and ongoing capitalized software projects; provide monthly detail for General Journal entries
• Assist in the maintenance of the prepaid and deferred reputed company module and associated amortization schedules in the Intacct PEA module; Record new schedules; provide monthly detail for General Journal entries
• Prepare and track manual invoices in the accounts receivable system
• Provide support for monthly account reconciliations as needed.
• Provide support or back-up for the Payables Administrator as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Major(s): Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field
• Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• 1-3 years of applicable experience
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Familiarity with macros desirable
• Strong analytic skills
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable acting as a liaison for various levels of the business
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Intacct accounting system preferred
