Job Description: The position is expected to act as the first line of defense to handle and mitigate network reputed company issues that can possibly impact reputed company’s customer experience. The role is expected to have reputed company level proficiency in reputed company’s datacenter, backbone, Internet connectivity, reputed company controls, traffic management and application stacks behaviors in order to cross correlate and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. The role will also need to execute basic changes in the network infrastructure to reputed company organic growth and reputed company restore. Ideal candidate will need to learn and understand existing mechanism and work on evolving them continually through appropriate automation and tools. Job Requirement:

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6
• Basic knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF etc.
• Knowledge of network protocols like ARP, DHCP, DNS, TFTP etc.
• Understanding of Routers, Switches, VLAN, WAN, Internet Connectivity.
• reputed company level experience in Linux/Unix systems and open reputed company tools.
• Knowledge in languages like Python etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to cross-correlate events and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Experience in working on HW platforms from vendors like reputed company, Arista and Juniper is a plus.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent required
• Certification in JNCIA, CCNA or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 yrs experience in hands-on router or switch configuration preferred
• Knowledge of network technology fundamentals like TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, CIDR, Netmask, required
• Knowledge of network protocols like BGP, OSPF, TACACS, SSH, DNS, ARP, DHCP, TFTP required
• Knowledge of languages like Python, unix reputed company etc. required.

The reputed company pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $89,600 - $158,100 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
