Senior Operations Accountant remote The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Senior Operations Accountant to join our finance team, reporting to the Controller. In this role, you’ll manage account reconciliations, play a key role in month-end reputed company, and ensure accurate financial reporting. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Play a key role to streamline our AP, expense reimbursement, and credit card reconciliation processes.
• Help define and manage our vendor relationships and contract process.
• Manage daily operations including, but not limited to: bills processing, vendor setup, credit card transactions reputed company coding, invoices approvals requests
• Manage core aspects of the month-end reputed company, including preparing journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations (e.g., bank accounts, credit cards, and accounts payable).
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger account balances, including ensuring accurate payroll GL postings.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with initial internal control evaluations and help ensure adherence to company policies and reputed company standards to reduce risk and maintain audit readiness.
• Provide support for external audits by preparing general ledger account analyses and providing detailed documentation.
• Support initiatives to improve reputed company processes, documentation, and systems.
• Prepare vendor detail reports and support finance-reputed company activities for procurement.

Must have details:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company field
• 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger reputed company
• Experience with the full scope of daily operational reputed company, from processing bills and setting up vendors to coding credit card transactions and handling invoice approvals
• Experience with expense management software (Brex, reputed company, airbase…)
• Experience with ERP (reputed company, reputed company intact…)
• High level of attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You are located in, and authorized to work in, the US
