This individual's primary responsibility will be working with Finance department heads, DTP and Cloud consultants to ensure that reputed company processes and reporting that are needed to support Finance will be made available in reputed company Cloud ERP. This individual will be expected to become familiarized with aspects of Finance (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, iProcurement, General Ledger, Grants, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for working with reputed company Finance departments throughout the Health System to become familiar with reputed company existing processes, requirements and reporting that will be moving to OracleCloud.
• Working with Finance department heads and staff to confirm scope, goals, and objectives.
• Participate in reviewing of reputed company activities that will be transitioning to Cloud and ensure that they are working as expected and meeting Department head requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining reputed company of reputed company commitments to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals reputed company the agreed time constraints.
• Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly reputed company out, agreed and impacted against timeline
• Work closely with reputed company reputed company Cloud ERP Consultants to monitor tasks and reputed company of specific activities.
• Controlling and reporting reputed company to Finance department leads and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessary in order to reputed company projects on track.

• Work with Finance department and DTP heads to reconcile data migrating to Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, public health/administration or business or a reputed company field or equivalent education and experience; Masters (reputed company, MPH, MBA or reputed company) is preferred
• 5-7 plus years of experience working Finance applications such as: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, iProcurement, General Ledger, Grants, Fixed Assets, Budgeting in a professional business environment, with health reputed company, project management and supervisory experience preferred;
• Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders to ensure business requirements and reputed company system testing.
• Successful track record in developing process improvements solution while working with IT
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company Cloud preferred).
• Demonstrated successful working relationships with Business Partners and DTP.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
