We hope you consider joining us! Job Overview To maximize reputed company, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space for each property. Manages the processes associated with demand, reputed company, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. With hotel’s leadership, determines and manages hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering. Identifies future market and hotel opportunities and effectively communicates through the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management of Premium Branded hotels in monitoring and analyzing demand data so that strategic daily selling strategies can be implemented to consistently drive REVPAR.
• Monitor daily reputed company reports and reputed company recommendations and provide support to the staff as necessary.
• Create and analyze competitive hotel information to assist in proper decision making. Ensure updated information exists in reputed company channels, i.e. Reservation systems, internet, GDS, etc.
• Identifying reputed company problems and opportunities with sufficient reputed company time to positively impact revenues.
• Consistently taking a strategic approach for each hotel, finding new ways to effectively generate revenues.
• Deals effectively with people, fostering teamwork, and leading by example.
• Effectively manages time and processes to ensure attention to detail while achieving deadlines in work flows.
• Continually seeks improvement in reputed company management practices.
• Maintains demand-generating calendars – holidays, special events, citywide, etc.

Qualifications

Education/Formal Training Four year degree preferred. Experience A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel reputed company office, group reservations, analyst, reservations, or similar reputed company. Branded operations experience strongly preferred. Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills.
• Excellent understanding of reputed company reputed company including formulas, sorting and filtering of data, and creating tables.
• Ability to understand processes including creation and accountability reputed company audits of systems.
• Preferred multi-brand experience (Hyatt, reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company)
