Apex Systems is seeking a Senior reputed company reputed company Time, Absence & Payroll HCM Config Analyst resources for a fully remote full time project. This position will be part of the reputed company reputed company HCM implementation and then provide ongoing support of the reputed company reputed company HCM module, applications, and any reputed company solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment. Requirements:6+ years of Experience in HRIS or IT reputed company field or work with HR or IT system managementOracle reputed company HCM functional configuration and implementation experience with a focus on Tim, Labor & PayrollSQL and/or Advanced reputed company experienceAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously.Experience working with HCM SaaS applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilities Key Areas of ResponsibilityLead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the reputed company reputed company solutionLead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solutionUnderstand reputed company’s Implementation Methodology and use it on reputed company engagementsConfigure the reputed company HCM reputed company module solutionConduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the reputed company solutionSupport the client during reputed company phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-liveSupporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration effortsAssist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and reputed company party/custom solutionsComplete the client work on time and budgetMentor and review the work of junior team members Education:Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5 years relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED and a minimum 7 years relevant experience at progressively increasing levels of responsibility is required.
