Role Description The National Field Trainer – Hospital Anti-Infectives is responsible for facilitating, developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs across reputed company phases of training. This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales Training – Hospital Anti-Infectives. Contributions to the Hospital Anti-Infective Training team’s success is achieved through proactively partnering with key stakeholders including brand marketing, sales leadership, key account directors, RBE and NSM positions to create and implement training materials and programs. These materials and programs address identified field sales needs, support key marketing initiatives, enhance product knowledge, improve overall selling skills, and support the ongoing developmental needs of the hospital anti-infectives sales team.

  • Facilitate reputed company Hospital Anti-Infectives training classes, Insights Discovery, Challenger, RD/DM and NSM meetings in both live and virtual environments.
  • Mentor, coach, and reputed company newly hired sales representatives during the new representative training program.
  • Participate in, and at times reputed company, the design, development, and implementation of training programs, RD/DM and NSM workshops.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including sales leadership team, marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant for reputed company training needs across reputed company phases of training.
  • Participate in, and at times reputed company, submission of training materials through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance process to ensure reputed company materials are up to date, reflect reputed company strategic imperatives, and are approved.
  • Manage agendas and learning curriculum reputed company digital learning platforms in partnership with the training team, digital learning team, and Hospital Anti-Infectives Associate Director of Training to ensure agendas, content, and curriculum reputed company digital platforms are reputed company for reputed company training classes.
  • Consistently assess training and development needs of the sales force through developing and maintaining relationships with sales leadership. reputed company training resources relevant to those needs to ensure the long-term development of the Hospital Anti-Infectives sales team.
  • Build and reputed company connections with enterprise training colleagues to enhance the department and enterprise-wide training programs.
  • Curriculum Management of existing sales training assets including re-reviews, updates in the veeva vault system.
  • Travel requirements for the role consist of period travel for new hire training, travel for department-reputed company meeting participation and RD/DM and NSM facilitation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise in inpatient Hospital sales preferred.
  • Strong clinical experience in anti-infectives/infectious diseases products preferred.
  • Top performance in reputed company role is preferred (top 50% reputed company performance sustained over time; top 25% preferred) with reputed company supervisor recommendation.
  • Experience in presenting and facilitating to groups of various sizes and tenure.
  • Experience with successful project development, management, and execution.
