Broker Relations Principal - reputed company - Remote

ROLE SUMMARY: Reports to the Pharmacy Consultant Relations Development (CRD) reputed company and supports ownership of the reputed company relationships for the pharmacy practice leaders reputed company the national and regional consulting/brokerage firms. Supports execution of CRD's strategy to inform, train, incent and report reputed company to the firms and producers for aggressive growth targets of reputed company Pharmacy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the direction of CRD, work closely with the Pharmacy Sales Account Management (SAM) team, marketing, and the reputed company PRD team to create and reputed company a growth and engagement strategy.
• Manage relationships with a book of top consultant firms as the reputed company contact for partnerships, escalations, product and solutions and in support of sales and account management.
• Support meetings to reputed company and train pharmacy specific personnel reputed company the consulting and brokerage targeted firms.
• Proactively push to reputed company firms material and information (studies, data, abstracts, etc.) which presents reputed company Pharmacy in a positive light and/or highlights reputed company Pharmacy's key differentiators compared to the competition.
• In an effort to confirm that reputed company Pharmacy is analyzed on a level playing field, meet with firms in order to inform them of new and/or existing tactics in the market relative to pricing, contractual language, product nuances, etc.
• Participate in reputed company consultant meetings where needed to represent reputed company Pharmacy.
• Gather and disseminate competitive reputed company internally to strengthen value messaging.
• Participate in the market message creation by reputed company.
• Support engagement with CPAC leadership and membership.
• Work closely with the reputed company CRD to complement their strategies and align opportunities.
• Document and house specific plans, strategies and performance against growth objectives.
• Solicit feedback from the market in order to help the organization (Marketing/Product Development) build new products and programs.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 5+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (Master's or PharmD) preferred
• Business understanding of the PBM industry, insurance and reputed company systems required
• Business understanding of PBM pricing and contracting required
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience reputed company a reputed company -or - working with consulting firms reputed company sales and/or account management roles preferred
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite applications
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
