The expected reputed company pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $213,500 - $288,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at reputed company: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for mobile development
- 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality, customer-driven mobile experiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering and inspiring people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Adept at articulating the product reputed company and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preferred - experience working with global teams.
- Expertise in the Software design/architecture process
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android development platforms and ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience with mobile architectures (MVVM, MVP , etc.) and design patterns.
