Online Teacher - AP Psychology (Fully Remote)

Job Summary: Crimson Global Academy USA is an accredited US private online high school with students from 30 countries. Our teachers deliver real-time instruction to students using our best-in-class education technology. We are seeking well qualified passionate and inspiring subject teachers who are looking to transform the future of Education. Our highly experienced teachers conduct lessons in small engaging virtual classrooms. Our students are ambitious studying with us part-time (in addition to their traditional school) or full-time (as their sole education provider). Many of our students are aiming to attend top universities in the US and UK. Join our global team as an online Teacher for our AP Psychology class. Class Schedule

• Classes are held live Tuesdays and Thursdays (PST)
• Each class runs for 2 hours
• Teachers also provide 1 hour of office hours each week
• Please indicate your availability across these days when applying

This is a 100% remote position teach from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach one or more online classes ensuring lessons are engaging and academically rigorous.
• Plan prepare and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the US Diploma and/or AP curriculum.
• Collaborate with other teachers and the Academic Dean to review and improve curriculum and course materials.
• Design and implement assessments to measure student progress and provide clear constructive feedback.
• Maintain a detailed and updated Canvas course page including lesson plans resources and attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with students and families about academic progress and provide learning support as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings professional development and community events to support CGAs mission and growth.
• Contribute to video-based learning content and support marketing activities like events or testimonials when required.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree or higher in education with a minimum of 15 credit hours in the AP Psychology.
• Or a minimum of a bachelors degree in the specific subject area with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting with grades 6-12.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students parents and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US Diploma / AP Curricula

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in education or state teaching license.
• Prior classroom teaching experience in grades 6-12.
• Prior experience teaching online.
• Familiarity with creating or adapting curriculum materials.
• Prior experience teaching Honors or AP courses
• Experience in teaching students AP Exam Prep
