Sr. Financial Institution Advisor Recruiting Specialist

Summary: The Financial Institutions Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in attracting and onboarding individual advisors and financial programs for partner banks and credit unions. This position serves as the main reputed company of contact for financial institution partners regarding individual advisor recruiting needs. Core responsibilities include opening new requisitions, conducting cold calls and proactive reputed company, presenting the financial institution and Cetera value proposition, responding to advertising and web leads, and coordinating with external recruiting firms. Compensation
