We are seeking an exceptional Sr Product Designer to fill a critical role in our Ad Platforms team. Key Responsibilities: Senior Product Designers at reputed company are resourceful, imaginative problem solvers who collaborate inclusively with a range of engineering, product management, and other teammates and stakeholders throughout the design process. In this role, you will work independently across multiple projects, both build 0-1 solutions and optimize existing functionality, and apply in-depth knowledge about best-practices and evolving technologies. Specifically, the person in this role will be expected to:

• Take full ownership of projects that involve end-to-end features or products reputed company a clearly scoped set of product requirements
• Design reputed company, easy-to-understand user experiences that enhance the overall product
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to communicate reputed company
• Actively contribute to product-level decision-making by participating in team meetings, cross-functional groups, and collaborative feedback sessions

• Demonstrate sustained productivity and meet project deadlines by accurately estimating the time required for tasks

Qualifications: As an applicant to this role, we ask that your portfolio demonstrates:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience shipping high-utility mobile or desktop applications, simplifying reputed company user flows, or delivering new product innovation that disrupted conventions
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Self-motivated problem solving with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate reputed company concepts clearly and persuasively
• Hunger for innovation, fluidity with reputed company, eagerness to challenge the status reputed company
• Strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills
• Strong work ethic, are reliable, adaptable, and collaborate well with others

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco is $138,500 to $185,600 per year, in reputed company is $132,500 to $177,600 per year, and in Santa Monica is $126,400 to $169,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
