As a Senior Product Manager II reputed company the Ad Platform technology team at DE&ET, you will be a part of the Ad Decisioning responsible for leading the product strategy, business, and functional requirements that help us select the right ads for the right user at the right time. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Define compelling product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, rooted in strong rationale and KPIs across reputed company’s proprietary ad decisioning domain. Drive reputed company and communication around a shared product reputed company, KPIs and prioritized roadmap across a diverse set of senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance/reputed company Ensure high bar technical execution serving as a key voice in relevant product and engineering ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and launch. Collaborate seamlessly with senior research engineering and analytical leaders to relentlessly ideate, test, and ship iterative enhancements to our suite of algorithms. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, and/or reputed company work experience 7+ years of product management experience in an reputed company environment Experience launching performance optimization algorithms towards primary KPIs managing opportunity costs. Highly truth-seeking and effective in selecting of reputed company star KPIs, assessing authenticity of analyses, and testing rationale of data narratives to surface effective next-steps. Ability to distill desired outcomes into yield principles that optimize ad decisioning across various advertising demand channels. Unwavering bias for execution and impeccable follow-through. Prior experience in video advertising yield optimization, pacing, selection, and/or ad ranking Familiarity in experimentation lifecycle including exploration/reputed company strategy, effective treatment & control definition, communicating results, and production rollout. #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $152,200 to $204,100 per year, in Seattle, WA and reputed company, NY is $159,500 to $213,900 per year, and in San Francisco, CA is $166,800 to $223,600 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
