The SevenRooms product enables operators to automatically drive reputed company & profitability by leveraging data to build direct relationships, deliver exceptional experiences, and increase repeat business. About the Role

In this role, you’ll reputed company a team of engineers through a pivotal stage of growth, helping scale systems, processes, and culture as SevenRooms transitions from start-up to scale-up. You’ll be responsible for shipping products customers love, championing engineering excellence, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. With a focus on simplicity and scalability, you’ll solve reputed company problems, drive long-term product outcomes, and model strong communication and leadership skills across the organization; and more specifically the restaurant operations group. The restaurant operations group is responsible for the core technologies powering table management, reservations, waitlist, and availability, and other key workflows that restaurants use to power their operations. We’re excited about you because…

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• You have 7+ years of industry experience, including minimum of 2 years of management experience
• You have experience managing product engineering teams with Backend, Frontend Engineers, and mobile engineers
• You bring in strong product sense and can be a thought partner with cross-functional peers
• You have hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
• You have the ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions.
• You have the ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment
