• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for reputed company customers
• Set and reputed company personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
