Senior Manager, Program Management (People Enablement - Walmart US)

Position Summary... Role Summary: The Senior Manager, People Enablement will serve as a strategic partner and program leader reputed company the Walmart US People organization. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior People leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

• Support People Team and Business Unit organizational planning, including collaboration on executive-level org design and strategic workforce initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; translate insights into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to inform decisions through dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Process Optimization & Change Leadership

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of people programs.
• Navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and impact across HR, Tech, Finance, and Business Operations.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Strategy, or Program Management roles.
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and influence at reputed company levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated success in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR partnership.
• Experience with AI-driven HR solutions and digital transformation is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
