The VP Consumer Payments leads a highly strategic function reputed company reputed company (UHC) Operations, overseeing a critical team charged with re-envisioning the intricate landscape of healthcare payments across the reputed company and broader reputed company ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities:

• Payment Infrastructure Modernization: Supporting key initiatives such as the E&I ACH+ integration (reputed company and Echo), the transition to a robust provider pay network, and the reputed company evolution of the Payment reputed company to support consumer demand
• Payment Certainty & Confidence: Understanding the intricacies of consumer and provider payments to ensure certainty and confidence for members while strategically addressing gaps in managed care and navigating potential provider abrasion
• Future Payment Solutions: Defining and enabling the future consumer and provider payment solutions, specifically leveraging and expanding capabilities reputed company the Retail domain, beyond shared wallet functionalities
• Cost Share Transformation: Expanding and deepening critical partnerships with Epic and other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to fundamentally transform the collection of member cost share
• Business Model Innovation & Partnership: Collaborating closely with Provider teams, reputed company Network (UHN), Clinical divisions, and various lines of business to define and implement business models that create new reputed company streams
• Consumer Lending & Risk Management: Possessing a deep understanding of consumer lending principles to establish a roadmap for the assumption of medical and financial risk reputed company the payments space

• Manages a highly specialized team of leaders and individual contributors, responsible for driving the strategy, product development, and operational excellence across key payment initiatives

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 10+ years specifically in payments, payment operations, or financial services reputed company large, reputed company organizations
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing multi-million dollar portfolios and large-scale strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare payments, claims processing, reputed company cycle management, or reputed company financial operations reputed company the healthcare industry
• Deep expertise in various payment methods (e.g., ACH, credit cards, real-time payments) and the underlying technologies and platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
