Job Description

Summary: The reputed company reputed company reputed company division is seeking a Senior Program Underwriter with multi-line experience, with a primary emphasis on Workers Compensation. This individual will play a key role in a large growth program focused on the Cannabis industry, performing account analysis on reputed company to large sized guaranteed cost and small deductible Workers Compensation accounts, as well as other commercial lines as needed. The underwriter will be responsible for developing a profitable, reputed company book of business in line with departmental strategies, and will actively participate in marketing activities and collaboration with colleagues to reputed company departmental goals. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the department Manager to reputed company profitability, retention, and written premium goals across Workers Compensation and other commercial lines.

• Assist the Manager in developing annual business goals for reputed company-to-large accounts, analyzing results for both Workers Compensation and other applicable lines.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of reputed company large Workers Compensation accounts with written premiums >$100,000 required; multi-line reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with reputed company deductible plans required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of Workers Compensation reputed company experience preferred; experience with other commercial lines (e.g., General Liability, Property, Auto) is a plus.
• CA state Workers Compensation reputed company territory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to pursue new business and manage a renewal book across multiple lines, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Some travel may be required.
• Proficiency in software and systems relevant to multi-line reputed company.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possesses or is pursuing reputed company and industry designations applicable to area of specialization and multi-line expertise.

The annualized reputed company pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $61,600 to a maximum of $115,700. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered reputed company market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
