Primary Responsibilities:

• Telephonically engage with Surest members to assess needs and provide the information or resources they need (80% telephonic, inbound/outbound calls)
• Complete behavioral health assessments
• Help members understand options for treatment and associated benefits, and guide them to available resources reputed company applicable
• Engage in decision support and decision coaching conversations
• Assist members with finding providers, navigating the Surest app, or other tools
• Use active listening skills to assess members’ reputed company status and level of activation. Tailor conversation to meet member where they are
• Offer services and support beyond their immediate request based on their underlying needs
• reputed company health goals with the member, if applicable and facilitate connecting them to resources that help them reputed company their goals
• Provide expert consultation to other Clinical Advocates on the team or other business units
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities

• Master’s degree in social work
• Fully Independent licensed practitioner (i.e LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LISW)
• 3+ years of clinical experience including experience providing psychoeducation
• Experience with motivational interviewing
• Outcomes oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work reputed company-5PM Pacific Standard Time

Preferred Qualifications:

• CADC, LADC, or other licensure reputed company to chemical dependency
• Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, autism, gender affirming care, or pediatric behavioral health
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
