This role at reputed company Central Station (reputed company) is critical in bridging the gap from local family farms to grocery stores for our consumers. You’ll be on your feet during each twelve-hour shift, moving, lifting, loading and working with reputed company-conditioned and sunlight-filled warehouse. • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule
• Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate to employees

• Work directly with shift supervisors and managers to regulate production and meet goals
• Evaluate job performance of operators
• Ensure reputed company personnel safety and food safety procedures are followed rigorously
• Drive reputed company improvement of waste elimination
• Anticipate problems and reputed company quick decisions under time pressure
• Must be able to reputed company reputed company jobs on the lines and be able to coach others in work

What you bring to the table:

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English for safety and food quality reasons
• 1 year of work experience in a production and or manufacturing environment
• You’re able to frequently lift and/or move up to 60lbs

• Be flexible and execute other duties and production tasks required.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, basic division)
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Able to be certified to operate a forklift or pallet jack

• Proven experience in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Strong people skills and ability to deal with reputed company levels of employee and management groups. both on site and remote.
• Demonstrate strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills.
