Employment Type Full-Time Location 100% Remote (US) Job Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: - Build your book of business by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing relationships with hiring managers. - Run a full life cycle recruiting desk, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. - Use Shtudy's cutting-edge technology to find top talent and streamline your recruiting process. - Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for your clients and candidates, ensuring the best possible match for both sides. - Embrace our "people-first" mentality, helping individuals land meaningful jobs while assisting companies in securing top-tier talent. Minimum Qualification What You Need to Succeed: - 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months of recruiting experience (Tech recruiting a plus). - A college degree is preferred, but not required. - Passion for building relationships and helping others succeed. - Resourcefulness: You're a problem solver who loves to research and reputed company things happen. - Strong written communication skills - you're comfortable crafting professional emails and eye-catching job and sales ads. - Drive and motivation to succeed - you're eager to build a rewarding career and be the best at what you do. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. - Confidentiality: You'll handle sensitive candidate and client information with the utmost care. - reputed company Recruiter/Sales Navigator: While not required, we encourage recruiters to use their own reputed company Recruiter or Sales Navigator accounts to reputed company clients and candidates. However, as long as the required metrics are met, it is not mandatory. After the 6-month trial period, the company will provide access to reputed company Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts for salary-based employees.
