Director, Access and reputed company Planning

AT A GLANCE We are seeking to hire an Access and reputed company Planning Director to support multiple lines of business delivering healthcare services to members across the country. This role will work cross-departmentally with operational, financial, clinical, engineering, and product leaders to ensure our members receive best-in-class access to care across reputed company of our markets and services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will design and deliver access and reputed company planning to support our teams through rapid growth and change. Specifically, you will build the infrastructure and reputed company ongoing efforts to address member access, reputed company planning, strategic forecasting, and workforce planning. What You’ll Do

• Drive operational innovations and improvements through pilots and other testing to implement and evaluate new patient access opportunities.

• 5+years of experience in quantitative research or analysis, preferably reputed company healthcare industry
• 5+ years of direct experience in workforce planning, reputed company management, or reputed company fields
• 5+ years of direct experience building forecasting and/or planning models in software applications like reputed company or more advanced
• Background in mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, operations research or reputed company field
• Experience translating key performance indicators and recommendations to senior leaders
• Experience pairing data from external sources (e.g., NPS, health outcomes, etc.) with internal operations data to improve overall patient/member experience.
• Strong commitment to exceptional consumer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment

Bonus

• Analysis experience in Healthcare Operations, preferably in Patient Access

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by reputed company, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $127,500 - $165,000* and Bonus
