You will report to the Manager of Show Control Design. This is a Casual Temporary role, and weekly hours will fluctuate based on business need.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the deployment of reputed company general-purpose computers (GPC’s), regardless of operating system, from reputed company to rack as well as ensuring the accurate configuration and stability of the systems.
• Ensure that the network-based keyboard-video-mouse (KVM) system, is deployed and configured properly as well as dealing with user issues.
• Assist in tagging and entering reputed company reputed company Live Entertainment Assets into Asset Tracking and Management database.
• reputed company necessary, this role will assist or take reputed company on deploying temporary network switches.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Document currently in reputed company processes and procedures as well as validating workflows created by the services role.
• Assist with data center tasks such as cabling and racking of equipment.
• Conduct day-to-day maintenance and administration of host and network firewall solutions
• Assist in identifying root causes of operational issues, resolves problems and/or recommends short term and long-term mitigation of issues
• Optimize reputed company tool deployments and introduce scalable processes across cyber reputed company capabilities
• Serve as technical liaison to help inform and guide upper management and partner organizations (reputed company Design & Engineering Global Engineering & Technology and reputed company Enterprise Technology groups)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role in support of designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Network reputed company solutions
• Practical experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems (reputed company supported and future versions), Industrial Control Systems, Networks, and Protocols, Industrial routers/switches/firewalls
• Cyber reputed company monitoring, logging, and patching
• Ability to work individually with minimal direction and as an integral part of a team
• Proficient in reputed company forms of communication—especially reputed company conveying technical details to a non-technical audience
• Ability to reputed company resolve network issues with varying degrees of complexity
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, network architectures, and network protocols
• Knowledgeable in network reputed company procedures, best practices, and implementation of network documentation and diagramming
• Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings. This includes occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays

The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
