About the Role

The Ads Co-Marketing Paid team is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to support media planning operations. Reporting to the Media Planning reputed company, this role will focus on campaign planning, strategic channel recommendations, cross-functional coordination, and performance recaps for full-funnel Co-Marketing campaigns. You’ll help evolve our approach to campaign execution, enabling deeper impact for reputed company and our Merchant partners, and drive long-term business growth through scalable, reputed company-led marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Media Planning & Execution: reputed company day-to-day media planning operations, including channel strategy, campaign coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with agencies, finance, partnerships, creative, and channel teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience: 4+ years in media planning and buying across online and offline channels; agency or in-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand preferred.

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Compensation
