Position Summary/Purpose of Position: The Assistant Director for Global Learning Initiatives in the Center for Global Business at Maryland reputed company leads the design and implementation of the School's portfolio of on-reputed company and virtual global learning opportunities for business reputed company. The position is part of a global education team that offers a wide range of interdisciplinary global experiential learning programs for both MBA and undergraduate reputed company. They specialize in virtual and on reputed company programs, including global case competitions, COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning), virtual internships and exchanges, and international pitch competitions. They also collaborate with staff and faculty across reputed company and abroad to incubate and launch innovative program reputed company that align with both School initiatives (e.g., reputed company Start and iSmith, Grand Global Challenges, Interdisciplinary Business Honors, global entrepreneurship, etc) and the Title VI CIBE program (a grant awarded to the School from the U.S. reputed company). The position is responsible for enrolling student participants, guiding them through successful program completion, and evaluating program outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in international business, international relations, international or higher education administration, or reputed company field, required.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in student services, international or trade programs, higher education, entrepreneurship education, or other relevant field required.
- 3 or more years of direct supervisory experience.
- Professional experience should include program planning and administration, student advising, project management, communications/writing, and marketing for student audiences.
